Here are my Top 5 booths you must visit this year!
- Hawaii – Kalua Pork Slider
[with sweet & sour dole pineapple chutney and spicy mayonnaise]
This is the first stop I make every year. It’s my absolute favorite! The Pork is so tender and full of delicious flavors that blend perfectly in your moth. My husband and I always think it’s a good idea to share it.. but we always end up back in line for another one!
- Canada – Cheddar Cheese Soup
[grated white cheddar cheese, bacon, red onion, chopped scallions, tabasco sauce, and beer]
This one is my husband’s favorite. It’s creamy, flavorful and has the perfect amount of spice. I highly recommend trying it when the weather is cooler outside. No one likes eating a hot soup on a hot day!
- Mexico – Taco de Camaron
[battered shrimp served over a flour tortilla with crispy purple cabbage and chipotle mayonnaise]
My mouth is watering thinking back to this one. It was SO good. The chipotle mayo sauce made this dish over the top! The soft and crunchy textures mixed together was delicious!
- France – Boef Bourguignon
[cabernet sauvignon-braised short ribs with mashed potatoes]
I’m so glad I don’t have to pronounce this one for you (haha!). If you like pot roast (I do!!), this is like the king of all pot roasts. The short ribs are so tender and juicy. It practically falls apart in your mouth! This is one of those “feel-good, hearty meals”.
- Farm Fresh – Loaded Mac n Cheese
[pepper bacon, cheddar cheese, peppers and green onions]
This was my first year trying it and it was great! Everyone likes a good Mac n Cheese and this one beats them all! Well, that is if you like a little kick and whole lot of flavor.
